The United States Presidential Review Council (USPRC) is a specialized hybrid committee tasked with reviewing Donald Trump’s presidential conduct and assessing whether his executive actions remain within constitutional and democratic limits. Delegates will examine major presidential decisions, weighing arguments of executive authority against concerns of institutional overreach, and determine what responses, if any, are justified.
