FUTURISTIC UNSC

By 2030 the Sudanese Civil War between the SAF and RSF had evolved into a de facto partition, with both sides controlling separate territories. Warfare is now dominated by advanced remotely piloted drone fleets, which rely on encrypted satellite networks and fibre optic cables for military communication, banking, healthcare and humanitarian operations. The crisis begins when the RSF hacks SAF communication networks, allowing it to intercept messages, manipulate data and disrupt drone operations. Civilian systems also begin to collapse, and humanitarian organizations are forced to suspend aid deliveries because they can no longer safely communicate convoy locations. The UNSC must respond to the growing cyberwarfare, drone escalation and humanitarian crisis before full scale conflict resumes.
